Experience- Having bought and sold multiple properties in Madison over the last 25 years, I have lived through several real estate cycles. Unfortunately, my mother passed away in December of 2014, which left my husband and me with my Dad and my childhood home. My dad could not live by himself so we were forced to put the house on the market. A very good friend recommended Scott Spelker. We knew immediately he was the guy for us.
